  Gordon and Mary Beth Smyth > Alumna Announces $1 Million Endowment
The H. Gordon and Mary Beth Smyth Chair in Business Administration will build on the strong tradition of student-faculty collaborative work at Mary Baldwin. Assistant Professor of Business Administration Joseph Sprangel will accept the inaugural appointment today from Mary Beth Smyth ’47.

  FTE > Fellowships Help Students on Spiritual Paths
Holly Johnston, a sophomore from Danville, and Myriell Tyler, a junior from Suitland, Maryland, will each receive a $2,000 stipend from the Fund for Theological Education (FTE). The duo will also travel, all expenses paid, to Nashville in June for the FTE Leaders in Ministry Conference.
