Great opportunity for a student with an interest in Business Administration/ Human Resources. Successful candidate will assist Human Resources Manager in reviewing, revising, and updating Job Descriptions. This position may also provide the Human Resource team with administrative support and assistance on other HR projects, daily operations, and HR compliance.
The ideal candidate possesses strong oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.
Successful candidate will apply knowledge of organizational structures while performing job audits and job analysis.
