In person and online: The Adult Degree Program (ADP) offers flexible, affordable, convenient programs for busy adults. Start or complete your bachelor’s degree, earn a professional certificate, or take individual courses for personal enrichment in regional centers located around the state. Coeducational.

Radical acceleration: The Program for the Exceptionally Gifted (for 13–15 year-olds who are prepared to bypass all or some high school grades) and Early College Academy (for 16–17 year-olds) are for talented girls who are ready to enter college one to four years early. After completing the admission application for the Residential College for Women, a supplemental form will be sent by our Early College office.
For college graduates: Mary Baldwin’s Virginia teaching certification program thoroughly prepares you to be an outstanding teacher. Coeducational.
Take teaching to a higher level: Earn the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT), which incorporates initial licensure; or the Master of Education (MEd) for advanced study in the field of education. MBC's pioneering program in environment-based learning is one of four concentrations within the MEd. Coeducational.
Scholarship and stagecraft: Learn academic and applied aspects of Shakespearean theatrical studies with a focus on acting, directing, teaching, or dramaturgy. Earn the Master of Letters (MLitt) first, then consider the Master of Fine Arts (MFA), the terminal degree in this field. Coeducational.
